We are a lively and friendly family looking for a kind, reliable, honest and motivated live-in au-pair plus/ mother?s help to work flexibly on a part/full time basis.
ABOUT US
*Mum is English and works freelance as a film editor. Sometimes at home with the children, but often required to work full time at short notice.
*Dad is from USA and works full time as an aviation lawyer.
*The children are well-behaved, good friends and great fun: a girl approaching 2 years, and a boy of 10 month old.
*We live in a bright 6-bed room house with a large, sunny garden in a safe and pretty part of London, with great local amenities and transport.
*We will provide you with your own double room with an en-suite bathroom, a TV, access to Wifi, a mobile phone (inc free minutes and texts) and use of a car.
ABOUT YOU
*Are 20
*Speak English fluently.
*Have experience in sole care children of similar ages to ours and know how to provide them with loving care, consistency, discipline, fun and stimulating activities.
*Have a full, clean driving license and are happy to drive the children locally.
*Are prepared to work full-time (Mon-Fri) when Mum is working and thereafter full required including sole care of all the kids (see below)
*Will undertake household duties (see below)
THE JOB
*Working days are Mon-Fri
*Full-time hours are 7.30am -3.30pm for £900/wk.
*Time off for language school, training or studying can be accommodated.
*Childcare: Give breakfast to the children; get them dressed; drive or walk them to/from school, activities and play-dates; prepare school lunchboxes and healthy cooked meals; help with school work; give them baths and put them to bed as required.
*Household: Tidy and clean the children?s rooms; change beds; hang up, iron and put away clean laundry; clean bathrooms, cloakroom and kitchen; and hoover and wash floors as needed. Keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy at all times.
